• Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE # SOFTWARE # Microsoft # Windows # CurrentVersion # Policies # System.
• Create a new DWORD 32-bit value called LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicyDouble.
• Give the new key a value of 1.

Note:  No restart required, worked immediately for me.
